SHIPPING POLICY
 
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
A: Once we receive your order, your order will be processed within 3 business days. It may take up to 2 weeks for shipping since this is our busy time of the year. Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days.
*Please note that we have warehouses all over the world, therefore if you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times**
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
A: You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing our customer support desk at awakenmeboutique@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 48 Hours!
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: We currently do no offer international shipping. This is something that we may have available in the near future.
 
RETURN POLICY
Q: DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
A: We strive to only provide our customers with the highest quality products, therefore each item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. If by any chance you receive an item that is defective, you can send it back to us within 3 days for a FULL refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. All Sale items are FINAL.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
